We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales & Business Development to join our growing Sales team in the US. This remote role combines inside sales (BDR/SDR) responsibilities with sales execution, client management, and partner coordination. The role is critical to expanding our market presence across the dynamic North America, while also supporting deal progression, client engagement, and partner interactions.
The successful candidate will be responsible for lead generation, qualification, nurturing, basic deal handling, and ongoing communication with prospects, clients, and selected partners.

Job Duties and Responsibilities
Business Development & Lead Generation
Conduct high-volume outbound prospecting (cold calls, emails, LinkedIn outreach) to generate qualified leads.
Qualify inbound and outbound leads based on ICP, budget, authority, need, and timing.
Maintain accurate activity tracking, lead status, and pipeline updates in CRM (HubSpot, Odoo, or similar).
Set up and coordinate discovery calls and product demos for Account Executives.
Use modern sales enablement and prospecting tools to increase outreach efficiency
Consistently hit or exceed monthly activity, pipeline, and lead-generation KPIs
Stay up to date with the data security landscape, industry trends, and competitor positioning
Sales & Client Management
Support the sales
cycle by following up with qualified prospects after demos and meetings
Manage ongoing communication with early-stage
prospects and small-to-mid-sized clients
Assist in preparing quotations, proposals,
and sales documentation
Handle basic commercial discussions
under the supervision of the sales leadership
Ensure structured follow-ups,
response tracking, and deal momentum continuity
Support contract coordination and
handover to delivery and customer success teams
Partner & Channel Support
Participate in selected partner calls for lead qualification, opportunity follow-up, and market feedback
Assist in partner enablement activities such as meeting coordination, pipeline tracking, and reporting
Track partner-generated leads and follow up on registered deals in coordination with sales leadership
Maintain professional communication with regional partners as assigned
Education and Experience Requirements
1–3 years of experience in a BDR, SDR, Inside Sales, or Junior Sales role within SaaS, Cybersecurity, or Tech.
Proven ability to manage high call volumes (50–80+ daily) while maintaining quality engagement.
Experience using CRM and sales engagement platforms such as HubSpot, Salesforce, Apollo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo, or similar tools is preferred.
Demonstrated success in lead generation, qualification, and pipeline contribution.
Experience handling prospect follow-ups, client calls, and early-stage deal support.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a confident phone presence.
Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple opportunities in parallel.
Resilient, self-motivated, and comfortable working in a target-driven sales environment.
Experience engaging with IT, Information Security, Compliance, Risk, or Enterprise Technology stakeholders is a plus.
