DataPatrol is looking for a driven and technically skilled Sales Engineer to join our team in Riyadh. In this role, you'll act as the technical bridge between our sales team and prospective clients - helping them understand how our solutions solve real business and security challenges. You'll play a key role in product demonstrations, technical evaluations, and building long-term client relationships across the region.

Job Duties and Responsibilities

Partner with the sales team to understand customer requirements and design tailored technical solutions

Deliver compelling product demonstrations and proof-of-concept (POC) engagements to prospects

 Respond to technical questions during the sales cycle, including RFPs/RFIs

Translate complex technical concepts into clear business value for both technical and non-technical stakeholders

Support pre-sales activities such as solution architecture, technical proposals, and pricing configurations

Build strong relationships with clients, partners, and internal teams to ensure smooth handover from sales to implementation

Stay current on industry trends, competitive landscape, and product updates

Represent DataPatrol at customer meetings, industry events, and conferences as needed

Education and 

Experience Requirements


Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field

 Minimum 3 years of experience in a Sales Engineer, Pre-Sales, Solutions Engineer, or similar technical role

  Strong understanding of IT infrastructure, networking, and enterprise software solutions

  Fluency in both Arabic and English (spoken and written)

  Must be based in or willing to relocate to Riyadh, Saudi Arabia

  Self-motivated, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment

Bonus If You Have

  • Knowledge of Data Loss Prevention (DLP) technologies and concepts
  • Experience with cybersecurity, data protection, or compliance solutions
  • Familiarity with the Saudi Arabia / GCC enterprise and government market
